The client was in the Seaport area in South Boston and took an illegal U-Turn in front of a State Trooper. He was then issued a citation for a U-Turn violation and hired Boston Traffic Lawyer Steven J. Topazio to represent him. Today, Attorney Topazio found convinced the Magistrate to find his client not responsible arguing that his client did not see the traffic signal.
